 ​Itinerary:

 

Day 1

Departure from Cuiabá at 8:00 am, after breakfast, arriving in Poconé (Pantanal Norte - MT), scheduled for 10:00 am.

The activities begin in Poconé, with a safari of 42 km by Transpantaneira until the entrance of the guesthouse Rio Claro. It offers an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi.

Where we will walk more 4 km to the comfortable accommodation.

After check-in, lunch, which is composed of typical Matogrossensse gastronomy, will be served at around noon. After the meal, we will enjoy a pleasant horseback ride in order to get to know the surroundings, as well as the animals, birds and wild plants.

In the late afternoon we will return to the inn where a delicious dinner typical of the region will be served.

After dinner, we will take a night safari by car to observe nocturnal animals such as anteaters, owls, foxes, ocelots, bears and bright alligator eyes.

 

Day 02

The next day, the schedule includes a walk before sunrise to watch the birds in their morning awakening and also hear the awakening of howler monkeys.

We will continue, after breakfast, with a motor boat trip, and we can see capybaras, alligators, iguanas, various species of birds and with a little more luck we can see the Painted Ounce.

Lunch at the hostel will be served around 12:30 and after lunch we will continue the 26 km photo safari. After the photographic safari we return to Pousada Rio Claro arriving for dinner with the delicious local gastronomy. After dinner, we will have another night safari with car to observe the animals of nocturnal abtos.

 

Day 03

Let's start the day with a wonderful breakfast. After an ecological walk in the Pantanal.

We will return to the lodge after the hike, the next activity will be a piranha fish, which we will use to prepare our lunch.

In the afternoon we will return to Cuiabá, continuing the photographic safari of Transpantaneira, where it is still possible to see several animals and birds.
